Notepad++ – My favorite HTML/CSS editor. Tabbed interface with syntax highlighting and much more.
Notepad2 – Replacement of Windows Notepad, adds rule numbers and context highlighting for well known programming and scripting languages.
Media
VLC Media player – play allmost any media without the need of downloading extra codecs.
foobar2000 – highly customizable music player with a low memory footprint.
Windows utils
Lightscreen – Tool for automatically saving screenshots to disk, according your preferences.
Mouse
KatMouse Utility – offers “universal” scrolling. It will scroll the window under the mouse pointer, even when it’s not activated!
